DSTV OPEN WEEK A FRAUD!!!

Dstv openly advertised their well rehearsed open week program where all existing subscribers are expected to enjoy premium bouquet for a one week period, in order to experience the stuff they have in offer. I was rushing home this Thursday evening to see if they will live up to their expectations but lo and behold, I was disappointed!

No sooner did I get home than I was besieged by my children, accusing me for giving them 'wrongful' information about the purported promo. They had searched through the channels only to realise that, all the Mnet Movie channels were still locked down (MnetW, MnetA+, MnetPrem, MnetCom, etc)... For someone that subscribed for a Compact Plus bouquet, I was disappointed, to say the least!

Why advertise for an Open Week when the 'week' is NOT actually OPEN??? At best, the week is partially open and should be publicized so! The earlier Dstv realise their folly, the better for them and us too. Thank God for the revolution in the pay tv industry, we now have options!!! And who says other channels cannot secure the rights to broadcasting the English Premier League? Because I believe that's what is keeping Dstv afloat. May God greeze the elbow of other pay tv providers to leverage on Dstv's folly and take over the industry for the benefit of Nigerians and for posterity sake. Long live the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
